Battling the Yo-Yo of F&B restrictions (3 times to be exact) has threatened many of the industry’s livelihood but that won’t get us down. To celebrate our fellow comrades’ strength, Brewlander & Sunbird Brewing Company have come together for a brew with heart and soul poured in. Gold-coloured with a medium body, the heroes of the show are undoubtedly El-Dorado, Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin hops which exudes fresh crushed gooseberry, grape and bright tropical fruit flavours, gifting a harmonious blend with a firm and balanced bitterness, a perfect perk-me-up for when you’re a little frustrated. To this we say, no threats, just love for our local F&B heroes.
