For this Mid-Autumn seasonal, we wanted to brew a beer around something that naturally belongs at the table: tea.
We chose Tie Guan Yin, an oolong prized for its elegant floral fragrance and layered tea character, and paired it with a clean, crisp lager base so the tea could stay at the centre of the beer.
The result is Orchid Tie Guan Yin Lager — light and refreshing, with delicate floral aromatics, gentle tea notes and a dry, composed finish. Familiar enough to drink easily, but with a fragrant depth that slowly opens up with every sip.
